Acceptable Use Policy

Rules that protect customer workspaces, users, connected systems and the PulseHireX service.

Effective September 13, 2026

1. Authorized use

Use PulseHireX only for lawful business purposes and systems for which the customer has authority. Follow client-system terms, privacy duties, licensing restrictions and organizational policies.

2. Prohibited activity

Do not attempt unauthorized access; extract, sell, disclose or reuse protected credentials; share individual accounts; bypass MFA or security controls; introduce malware; probe destructively; overload the service; impersonate others; violate privacy; or use the service for fraud, harassment or unlawful surveillance.

3. Security testing and enforcement

Testing requires written authorization except for good-faith research within the Vulnerability Disclosure Policy. We may investigate, restrict or suspend activity reasonably believed to threaten customers, third parties or the service, while limiting impact where practical.
