Fees, billing intervals, onboarding scope, trial availability, renewal and support commitments are defined in a written proposal or agreement. No numerical price, discount, free trial entitlement or SLA is promised here. Pilot walkthroughs are not authorization to run payroll or monitoring.

Can I request a free trial?
Yes. Submit a trial request and our team will review your requirements before provisioning a workspace with mandatory two-factor enrolment.
Why is pricing provided by request?
Onboarding depends on team size, client systems, migration requirements, approval policies and the required security review. Brokered Access remains in development.
How are users counted?
By interactive account. Every account requires its own authenticator enrolment; shared logins to PulseHireX itself are not supported.
Can I import from my current password manager?
Yes. The Migration Center covers spreadsheet, browser and password-manager exports, with rotation after cutover.
Is Brokered Access included?
Brokered Access is in development and is not part of any plan today. We will publish availability and pricing when it ships.
