1. Current inventory
PulseHireX currently uses the storage below. We found no Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Pixel, Hotjar or other advertising tracker in the application.
- Authentication session — Provider: PulseHireX authentication service; purpose: keep authorized users signed in and refresh sessions; duration: session-dependent and token expiry; type: strictly necessary local storage.
- phx.remembered-email — Provider: PulseHireX; purpose: remember a work email only when the user selects Remember me; duration: until removed by the user or browser; type: functional local storage.
- sidebar_state — Provider: PulseHireX; purpose: remember whether an application sidebar is open; duration: 7 days; type: functional cookie.
- CSRF/request-protection state — Provider: PulseHireX framework; purpose: protect state-changing requests; duration: request or session dependent; type: strictly necessary.
- Preview authentication bridge — Provider: PulseHireX preview environment; purpose: share an authenticated test session between preview surfaces; duration: session dependent; type: strictly necessary and not used as an advertising tracker on the public service.
2. Consent and controls
Strictly necessary storage is used because the requested service cannot operate securely without it. Functional storage records a choice requested by the user. Because no advertising or non-essential analytics trackers are currently deployed, the site does not display a marketing-cookie consent banner. If such technology is added, this inventory and consent controls must be updated before deployment where required.
3. Managing storage
Browser controls can remove or block cookies and local storage. Blocking necessary storage may prevent sign-in, security controls or preferences from working. Clearing phx.remembered-email removes the remembered address; signing out clears the active authentication session through the service.
