PulseHireX uses first-party campaign measurement and may load LinkedIn Insight or another configured retargeting provider only after advertising consent where required.
- Authentication session — Provider: PulseHireX authentication service; purpose: keep authorized users signed in and refresh sessions; duration: session-dependent and token expiry; type: strictly necessary local storage.
- phx.remembered-email — Provider: PulseHireX; purpose: remember a work email only when the user selects Remember me; duration: until removed by the user or browser; type: functional local storage.
- phx.campaign-session — Provider: PulseHireX; purpose: connect campaign-page views and demo actions within one browser tab without identifying the visitor; duration: browser-tab session; type: first-party campaign measurement.
- phx.healthcare-experiments.v1 — Provider: PulseHireX; purpose: keep healthcare landing-page headline and CTA test variants consistent; duration: until browser storage is cleared; type: first-party measurement.
- phx.advertising-consent.v1 — Provider: PulseHireX; purpose: remember whether advertising measurement was accepted or rejected; duration: until changed or browser storage is cleared; type: consent preference.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag — Provider: LinkedIn; purpose: measure healthcare page views, demo CTA clicks and completed demo bookings and support retargeting; duration: controlled by LinkedIn; type: advertising technology loaded only when permitted and configured.
- Configured retargeting providers — purpose: receive the same three non-identifying conversion events after consent; no form name, email, phone or company is sent.
- sidebar_state — Provider: PulseHireX; purpose: remember whether an application sidebar is open; duration: 7 days; type: functional cookie.
2. Consent and controls
Strictly necessary storage supports security and requested service functions. In regions requiring advertising consent, LinkedIn and configured retargeting events remain blocked until Accept advertising is chosen. Reject advertising is equally available. Visitors can reopen Cookie settings and withdraw later; the change applies immediately and no blocked event is replayed. PulseHireX records the visitor reference, time, region, notice version, choice, purposes and named recipient categories as consent evidence. Elsewhere, permitted measurement may operate while applicable browser and legal opt-outs remain honored.
3. Managing storage
Browser controls can remove or block cookies and local storage. Blocking necessary storage may prevent sign-in, security controls or preferences from working. Clearing phx.remembered-email removes the remembered address; signing out clears the active authentication session through the service.
