PulseHireX Access

Give people access.Keep passwords protected.

Access registers each client system once, keeps the credential behind a dedicated secret boundary, assigns it to the right people or groups, and records what was opened and by whom.

Mandatory 2FA • Group-based assignment • Destination-bound launches • Full audit

How it works

Four steps, in order.

  1. Step 1

    Organize

Register each client, folder and system so access has a home instead of living in a spreadsheet.

  2. Step 2

    Control

Assign access by person or group, with approvals and expiry where it matters.

  3. Step 3

    Launch

Open the exact destination from the workspace. There is no reveal, copy or export control in the interface.

  4. Step 4

    Audit

Every grant, change and launch is recorded and exportable.

Honest limits

What Access does not claim.

Browser injection has limits

Filling a third-party login page depends on that site. Where a site blocks automated fill, the person still signs in normally — we say so rather than promising a guarantee.

Brokered Access is in development

Keeping critical credentials entirely on controlled infrastructure is planned work, not a shipped feature.

Questions

Common questions about Access.

Can team members see the password?

No. The team workspace provides no password reveal, copy or export control.

What happens when someone leaves?

Remove them from the group or revoke the assignment; future launches stop immediately. Rotate the credential centrally so future PulseHireX launches use the current secret without redistributing it.

Is two-factor authentication optional?

No. Every PulseHireX account must enrol an authenticator app before it can be used.
