Different people, different boundaries.
Ask about policy — for everyone
An employee types a question in their own words. The assistant reads only the company documents published in their workspace, answers plainly, lists the documents it used, and says when the answer is not in the documents.
Workforce answers — for administrators
An HR administrator describes a question in plain language. The assistant answers from aggregated figures only — headcount, departments, locations, work mode, leave status, assets, compliance and tickets — and shows the exact figures used.

What is deliberately excluded.
No pay or bank data
Salary, payslip and bank details are never included in an assistant request.
No identity documents
Identity files stay behind their own permission and never form part of an answer.
No individual profiling
Workforce answers are aggregate. The assistant does not discuss named individuals.

Where does the answer come from?
Only from data the signed-in person is already permitted to read in their own workspace. Nothing is pulled from other tenants.
What happens if the answer is not in our documents?
The assistant says so and points the person back to the HR team, rather than inventing a policy.
Is our data used to train a model?
No. Requests are used to produce your answer, not to train models.
