Can we switch on only part of it?
Yes. People is enabled per workspace, and hiring is licensed separately as PulseHireX ATS.
Who can see salary information?
Only people granted the compensation permission. General HR access does not include it.
Does it work alongside Access?
Yes. Access and People are separate families on the same platform, with the same sign-in, tenant isolation and audit.
