Are ATS and HRMS the same product?
No. ATS manages external staffing candidates, submissions and placements. People / HRMS manages your own internal employees. They share a platform, not employment records or payroll authority.
Which products can we use today?
Secure Access, Deal Intelligence, ATS and People have implemented workflows offered through guided beta availability. Your company’s setup and acceptance determine access. Payroll and Work are pilots, not generally available services.
Does Secure Access reveal stored passwords?
The team interface has no plaintext reveal, copy or export workflow. Browser-delivered credentials still have endpoint limitations; PulseHireX does not bypass another website’s MFA or CAPTCHA. Brokered Access is coming soon.
Are all listed integrations connected?
No. A provider catalog or adapter is not a live connection. We confirm the provider, company scope, permissions and tested capabilities before describing a connection as available.
Can Payroll send salaries now?
No live bank execution is advertised. Payroll is a pilot. Statutory review, independent approvals, bank-approved file acceptance and HDFC activation are separate prerequisites. Submission is not payment confirmation.
Will installing Work monitor an employee?
No. Installation does not authorize collection. Work remains a release-blocked pilot requiring verified employment, employee-authenticated acknowledgement, independent policy approvals and real-device acceptance.
Can we choose only the products we need?
Product entitlement and individual permissions are separate. Discuss the modules, roles and rollout you need in a demo; adding a module never grants everyone access to its sensitive data.
Where are the prices?
Pricing is provided by proposal. Tell us your company size, products and onboarding needs. No numerical price, minimum commitment or discount is implied by this website.
Are certifications or regulatory approvals claimed?
No certification is claimed here. Security safeguards are described as controls, not a SOC 2, ISO or HIPAA certification. Contractual and regulated-data requirements must be reviewed for the specific engagement.
