1. Sales-assisted subscriptions
Subscription term, fees, invoicing, renewal and cancellation deadlines are set in the signed order. Unless the order or mandatory law says otherwise, committed fees are non-cancellable and non-refundable after the service term begins.
2. Trials and cancellation
A requested trial begins only after written confirmation and workspace setup. Either party may end an unconverted trial. Cancellation prevents renewal when received through the contractual notice channel before the renewal deadline; it does not normally shorten the current committed term.
3. Exceptions
